Civil Engineer graduated in 1992 at the Santa Úrsula University, worked 12 years as technical director of Construtora Bulhões de Carvalho da Fonseca, where he acquired vast experience in the execution of high standard residential and commercial projects.

In 2007, started as responsible for the regional projects of Klabin Segall in Rio de Janeiro, then migrating to Agre and afterwards to PDG Construtora, where he also assumed the technical management of the PDG projects in the south region of the country. In 2015 closed his cicle in PDG, constitutes his own company, Rasa Engenharia.

In his more than 25 years of professional experience, he participated in 65 residential and commercial projects, being responsible for the delivery of more than 6.600 units.

Civil Engineer graduated from UERJ and post-graduated in Finance from IBMEC-RJ. Works since 1999 in civil construction, delivering over 6 million square feet of constructed area.

For 5 years acted as engineer for RJZ-Cyrela in high standards developments. In 2008 started working for Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias, where he has responsible for the company's first work in Rio de Janeiro, afterwards worked as Commercial and Engineering Manager for Ilha Pura (Olympics Athlete Village / Paralympics Rio/2016).

Has vast experience as construction manager and also in supply management, project coordination, budgeting and planning.

Civil Engineer graduated from UERJ 15 years ago, with an MBA in Corporate Management from FGV-RJ, experience in large construction companies such as Rjz Cyrela, Klabin Segall (later renamed to Agre) and Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias, where she worked until 2016.

Experience participating in commercial, residential and hospitality developments, working in the full development cycle, from upstream engineering to technical assistance. Also has experience in planning, budgeting, project coordination, quality, LEED certification and hotel implementation.

Graduated in Civil Engineering by the PUC-RJ, post graduated in Corporate Finance by the PUC-RJ IAG-MASTER and also post graduated in Business management by the IBMEC-RJ.

In his professional career worked as Gafisa's Project Management, Technical Manager at AC Lobato, Engineering Regional Manager at Rossi Residencial, Director at Atlântica Residencial and Construction Director at Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias, positions that mark his trajectory as executive, having participated in more than 2 million square meters of construction.

Among his inumerous achievements, being Construction Director of Ilha Pura (Athlete's Village - 2016 Olympic and Paralimpic Games), surpassing budget, schedule, quality and sustentability goals, characterize the hallmark of a great legacy.
